Sinhgad Road runs south-west out of the city towards Khadakwasla, and this corridor, in the Vadgaon and Dhayari stretch, is where Goel Ganga Bhagyoday Towers stands. The road is lined with older housing societies, schools and shops, and it links to the Mumbai-Bengaluru highway at its western end, which helps anyone working in Hinjewadi or travelling out of the city.
Only two configurations appear on the current price list, and both are 2 BHK. One is priced at about ₹1.13 crore with no carpet area given; the other has 766 sq ft of carpet area at about ₹1.3 crore. That works out to roughly ₹17,000 per sq ft of carpet, which is high for this part of Sinhgad Road. Earlier project material also mentioned 3 and 4 BHK homes. Ask for a full cost sheet and see what the price actually includes.
The amenity list is long. The useful parts are a swimming pool, a gym, a squash court, a spa with sauna and jacuzzi, a library, a cards room and a party hall. Goel Ganga Developments is an established Pune builder with projects in several parts of the city.
