About Emaar Amaris
Amaris is a residential project by Emaar India in Sector 62, Gurugram, in the Golf Course Extension Road micro-market. Emaar opened expressions of interest for the project in November 2024, and business media reported that it covers about 6.1 acres and offers 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments, with a focus on green building features. Allocation was carried out through a draw of lots that Emaar streamed on its official social media channels. Sector 62 already hosts other Emaar developments, including Emerald Hills and Urban Oasis, and offers access to Golf Course Extension Road, the Southern Peripheral Road and Sohna Road. The project is registered with HRERA Gurugram and is under construction.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-1790-2024, with registration valid until August 2030.

- Golf Course Extension RoadLinks Sohna Road with Golf Course Road and serves Sectors 58–67; GMDA began an eight-lane upgrade in May 2026.
- Rapid Metro – Sector 55–56 stationSouthern terminus of the Rapid Metro, which runs along Golf Course Road to Sikanderpur (Yellow Line interchange); operating since 2017.
- Sector 56–Pachgaon metro line (proposed)Proposed 36 km line with 28 stations; its DPR was completed in September 2025. Its published station list includes a Sector 62 stop, and a double-deck viaduct is planned between Ghata Chowk and Vatika Chowk. No construction had started as of 2026.
