Emaar India

Emaar India is the Indian arm of Dubai-based Emaar Properties PJSC and is headquartered in Gurugram. Set up in 2005, it develops integrated townships, residential communities and commercial projects, with Gurugram as its largest market and a further presence in Mohali, Lucknow and Indore. Its Gurugram portfolio includes plotted and villa communities such as Emerald Hills and Marbella, apartment projects such as Palm Gardens, Palm Heights and Palm Drive, the Emaar Business District series of commercial developments, and newer launches including Amaris, Urban Oasis, Urban Ascent and Serenity Hills. The company earlier operated as part of a joint venture with MGF Developments, which was restructured from 2016 onwards. Emaar India is not separately listed on Indian exchanges.
