About DLF Privana West
DLF Privana West is the second launched phase of DLF's Privana township in Sectors 76 and 77, Gurugram. The official page describes a 12.57-acre site with five towers of ground plus 38 floors and roughly 795 apartments, all offered as 4 BHK luxury homes. The phase was registered with HRERA Gurugram in April 2024 and, according to business media reports, its apartments were booked within days of the launch; DLF now marks it as sold out, so availability is limited to resale. The developer states a possession schedule of December 2028. The township sits beside the Southern Peripheral Road, and DLF points to a cloverleaf link towards the Dwarka Expressway for airport travel, along with nearby schools and hospitals. Construction updates from January 2026 described the structure as progressing through key milestones.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-1540-2024, with registration valid until December 2031.
