DLF Privana South is a luxury apartment project in Sectors 76 and 77, Gurugram, forming the first launched phase of DLF's Privana township. DLF's project page lists about 25.1 acres, seven towers and 1,113 apartments, made up of 4 BHK homes along with two penthouses in each tower. HRERA Gurugram registration was granted in December 2023, and the phase sold out within days of its January 2024 launch, as reported by business media. The site lies near the junction of the Southern Peripheral Road and the Central Peripheral Road, with NH-48 and the Dwarka Expressway reachable for airport travel. DLF highlights resort-style facilities, landscaped greens and views towards the Aravalli range. The developer's January 2026 construction update said structural milestones were being reached. As the original inventory was sold at launch, fresh availability is generally limited to resale.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-1406-2023, with registration valid until June 2031.
