About DLF Privana North
DLF Privana North is the third phase of DLF's Privana township in Sectors 76 and 77, Gurugram. DLF lists a site of about 17.7 acres, and business media reported six towers rising up to 50 storeys, described as DLF's tallest buildings, with 1,164 homes made up of 1,152 four-bedroom apartments and 12 penthouses. HRERA Gurugram registration was issued in June 2025, and the phase was reported sold out within a week of launch. The developer's page highlights floor-to-floor heights of about 3.4 metres, wide balconies, full-height double-glazed windows, landscaped internal roads, walking tracks and fitness-focused facilities. Connectivity cited by DLF includes NH-48, the Southern Peripheral Road, the Dwarka Expressway and the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, with IGI Airport within reach. Construction was under way as of the developer's January 2026 update.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-1781-2024, with registration valid until September 2034.
