About CRC The Peridona
CRC Group is building The Peridona on plot C-1 inside the Jaypee Greens golf course township in Greater Noida. CRC says the Noida International Airport at Jewar is about 20 minutes away by road.
The project is planned at about 3.1 million sq ft of built-up area with 341 apartments, and each floor holds a single apartment, which points to very large homes. CRC has not published unit sizes, configurations or prices. The design team is unusually international for the region: Gensler as architect, Killa Design, the Dubai firm behind the Museum of the Future, and New York's Rockwell Group on the interiors, SWA Group on landscape and MACE as project manager. CRC put the construction cost at about US$180 million, or roughly ₹1,500 crore, excluding land.
CRC Group is a Noida-based developer led by founder and CEO Kunal Bhalla, with housing and commercial projects in Greater Noida West and along the Noida Expressway. The Peridona is its first ultra-luxury project and was announced in July 2025. It is registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ298067/05/2025, with CRC Greens Pvt Ltd and Jaiprakash Associates Ltd listed as promoters, and February 2030 as the completion date.
With no published sizes or prices, buyers should ask for the carpet area, the rate per sq ft and the land arrangement with the Jaypee Greens landowner before booking.
