It is led by Satish Garg, founder and managing director, and Kunal Bhalla, founder and CEO. It builds housing and commercial projects. Its official website lists CRC Joyous, CRC Maesta and CRC Sublimis in Greater Noida West, The Peridona, an earlier project called Mantra Happy Homes, and CRC The Flagship, an office-and-retail development in Sector 140A, Noida. The company says it has worked with international design firms such as Gensler and Rockwell Group on some projects. The group is privately held.
