The Selene Tower is a single tower of furnished serviced residences by Central Park inside its Flower Valley township on the Sohna side of South Gurugram. The HRERA record uses the developer's Sector 48 office address, but launch coverage places the tower in the Sector 32-33 township, which Central Park describes as spanning more than 250 acres. As reported in 2025, the tower has 353 studio and one-bedroom residences along with 38 high-street retail shops, and a project investment of about Rs 550 crore. Homes are described as four-side-open layouts with a floor-to-floor height of about 3.9 metres, facing the township golf course and the Aravalli hills. Coverage also said most units were booked soon after launch. The site links to the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, the KMP Expressway and Golf Course Extension Road via the Gurugram-Sohna elevated road. The HRERA registration is valid until mid-2030.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-1946-2025, with registration valid until June 2030.

Central Park markets its homes with hospitality-style services and operates mainly in Gurugram, with some presence in Delhi and Goa.
