Bignonia Towers is a high-rise residential project by Central Park within its Flower Valley township in Sohna Sector 32, on the Sohna Road side of South Gurugram near the Gurugram-Sohna elevated corridor and the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway. Launch material released in June 2024 describes two towers of ground-plus-48 and ground-plus-38 floors with about 193 apartments. The homes are 3 BHK and 4 BHK units ranging from roughly 3,805 to 5,581 sq ft, and the developer reported bookings worth about Rs 500 crore in the first days after launch. As part of an established township, residents get access to shared facilities listed on the official page, including a clubhouse, spa and wellness rooms, a gym, courts for tennis, basketball and badminton, a cricket ground, a football area, golf putting and chipping greens, a horse stable, a restaurant and a cafe. The HRERA registration is valid until mid-2028.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-1618-2024, with registration valid until June 2028.

It was founded by Amarjit Bakshi, an IIT Delhi graduate who serves as chairman and managing director, and its first project, the Central Park I condominium in Gurugram, dates to 2001. The company is known for Central Park Resorts on Sohna Road and for Flower Valley, a large integrated township in Sohna that includes plotted areas, low-rise floors, villas and high-rise towers such as Bignonia and Selene. In 2025 it announced Delphine, its first project on the Dwarka Expressway in Sector 104. Central Park markets its homes with hospitality-style services and operates mainly in Gurugram, with some presence in Delhi and Goa.
