The site is about eight minutes from NH-48 and connects to the Dwarka Expressway, Southern Peripheral Road and KMP Expressway.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-2020-2025, RERA-GRG-2134-2025, with registration valid until October 2033.
