Alura is a new development by Pioneer Urban Land and Infrastructure Ltd in Sector 62, Gurugram, on the Golf Course Extension Road side of the city where the company already has its Araya and Presidia communities. According to the public notice issued by HRERA Gurugram in September 2025, Alura covers Phase 2 of a larger licensed commercial colony, spread over about 6.99 acres out of a total licensed area of roughly 24.48 acres, with building plans for this phase approved by the Department of Town and Country Planning in August 2025. The registration is recorded as a commercial project and remains valid until January 2034. Buyers should check the final configuration, the nature of the title and the completion schedule directly with the developer and on the HRERA portal.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-2049-2025, with registration valid until January 2034.
