Pioneer Urban

Pioneer Urban Land and Infrastructure Ltd is a Gurugram-based developer that says it has around four decades of experience in real estate. It reports more than 30 completed projects in Delhi NCR, over 20 million sq ft developed and more than 10,000 homes delivered in the region. Its Gurugram portfolio includes Pioneer Park, Pioneer Presidia and Araya, as well as the Pioneer Square commercial project, with much of its work concentrated in Sectors 61 and 62 along Golf Course Extension Road. More recent ventures include Advait, a senior-living project, and Alura in Sector 62, registered with HRERA Gurugram in 2025. Its projects are marketed under the Pioneer Urban name, while some HRERA registrations sit with project partnerships such as Pioneer J.K. Senior Living LLP.
