About ACE Edit
Sector 22D is one of the Yamuna Expressway sectors closest to Greater Noida, and it already has a cluster of group housing that needs everyday retail. ACE Edit is ACE Group's commercial answer to that demand: a mixed commercial building with shops, a food and beverage street and studio apartments on the upper levels.
The developer's page lists a terrace swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, al fresco dining and a yoga and meditation area for studio owners, which is a fuller amenity list than most small retail projects on the expressway offer. Unit sizes, floor counts and prices are not published yet, so investors will have to work from the price sheet and floor plans shared by the sales team.
ACE Group has delivered and is building several housing projects in Noida and Greater Noida West, including ACE Parkway and ACE Golfshire in Sector 150 and ACE Divino in Greater Noida West. On UP RERA the project is registered as ACE Edit under UPRERAPRJ467686/09/2025, with Logix Buildestate Pvt Ltd as the promoter company.
The RERA completion date is April 2029. Studio and shop returns here depend on the occupancy of surrounding societies and on how quickly the airport corridor fills in, so this is a medium-term bet rather than an immediate rental.

The company says it has more than 15 years of experience. It builds housing and commercial projects across Noida, Greater Noida and the Yamuna Expressway belt. Its official website lists these completed residential projects: Ace Platinum, Ace City, Ace Aspire, Ace Golfshire, Ace Divino, Ace Parkway and Ace Starlit, plus Ace Palm Floors in Gurugram. Ongoing projects on the site include Ace Aquacasa, Ace Han'ei, Ace Verde and Ace Terra. On the commercial side it lists completed buildings such as City Square and Capitol, and new ones such as ACE 153 and ACE YXP. The group is privately held.
