About Ss Linden Floors
SS Linden is a low-rise independent-floor community developed by SS Group across Sectors 84 and 85 in New Gurugram, in the NH-48 and Dwarka Expressway belt. The official project page describes a gated layout of about 16 acres, with roughly half of the land kept as open green space. The homes are 4 BHK builder floors in a stilt-plus-four format with lift access, and many are open on two or three sides. The developer lists a carpet area of about 138 sq m for each floor, plus balconies of around 38 sq m. A clubhouse of about 20,000 sq ft has a swimming pool, gym, yoga and meditation room, basketball and badminton courts, billiards, table tennis, a multipurpose hall and a coffee bar. SS Group markets the floors as ready to move. The community is registered in several phases with HRERA Gurugram, including a later Linden IV phase in Sector 85 whose handover status buyers should confirm.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-925-2021, RERA-GRG-1325-2023, with registration valid until February 2028.
