Omara is a luxury residential project by Trehan IRIS, the real estate business associated with the Trehan Group, in Sector 80, Gurugram, in the NH-48 and Dwarka Expressway belt of New Gurugram. As reported in July 2026, the company bought the 5.08-acre land parcel at a government auction for about Rs 200 crore and plans to invest roughly Rs 1,300 crore in the project. The plan calls for about 300 apartments, which the company expects to price at roughly Rs 7.5 crore to Rs 9 crore each. Coverage describes a wellness-focused design with one apartment per core, private lift lobbies, a floor-to-floor height of about 13 feet, three-side-open layouts, wide wraparound decks and home automation. Construction was expected to start shortly after the announcement, with completion targeted in four to five years. The HRERA registration for the project is valid until the end of 2032.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-2092-2025, with registration valid until December 2032.
