About Silverglades The Legacy
The Legacy is a group housing project by Silverglades in Sector 63A, Gurugram, on Archview Drive off Golf Course Extension Road. Phase 1, developed by Silverglades Homes LLP and marketed as The Legacy Primo, covers about 9.95 acres of a roughly 10.46-acre site and has 341 apartments; the developer's plans show towers labelled A, B1, B2 and C1. Floor plans on the official pages include 3 BHK and 4 BHK homes with a family lounge, utility room and powder room, and larger 4 BHK and 5 BHK layouts with a study and utility suite. The amenity plan groups a restaurant, lounge and coffee shop into a food zone, a spa, sauna and nature walk into a wellness zone, and a pool, banquet hall, tennis court and play area into recreation, set among wooded landscaping. Phase 1 was registered with HRERA Gurugram in August 2024. Apartment sizes, prices and the handover date are not listed on the official pages.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-1689-2024, with registration valid until May 2031.
