About SKA Destiny One
Zeta 1 is one of the older residential sectors in Greater Noida's Greek-letter grid, within reach of Pari Chowk and the Knowledge Park institutional belt. SKA Group's Destiny One is a 6-acre group housing project here with three towers, named Alpha, Beta and Gamma, and 645 apartments in all.
The towers rise 34 storeys over two basements and a stilt level, and the developer has left out a 13th floor. Alpha has four homes per floor and a floor-to-floor height of 12 ft, while Beta and Gamma have eight homes per floor at 11 ft. The mix is 3 and 4 BHK apartments. SKA has not published carpet areas or a price list on its project page, so ask for the RERA-registered unit plans and a cost sheet before booking.
Planned facilities include a pool complex, an AV room, a spa with Jacuzzi, virtual golf, badminton and basketball courts, indoor games, yoga rooms and EV charging points. Rainwater harvesting, reuse of treated STP water and LED common lighting are part of the specification.
SKA Group was set up in 2012 and has delivered SKA Orion in Noida and SKA Metro Ville and Green Arch in Greater Noida West. Destiny One is registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ783951/04/2024, with January 2029 as the completion date. Eight homes per floor in Beta and Gamma will mean busier lift lobbies than in the Alpha block.
