Hinjewadi's Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park is the reason most people look at Rohan Prathama. Living inside the IT district cuts out the drive through Wakad or Baner that many Hinjewadi employees face each day, and the area now has its own schools, hospitals and restaurants.
The price list is short. A 1 BHK of 410 sq ft carpet area costs about ₹50 lakh, and 2 BHK homes of 750 and 800 sq ft are both listed at about ₹68 lakh. Both 2 BHK sizes are generous for the price in Hinjewadi. If the same price really applies to both, the 800 sq ft plan is clearly better value, so confirm the figures with the sales office.
Rohan Builders designs its homes around what it calls the PLUS approach, which stands for ventilation, light, privacy and smart use of space. Here that means windows that look onto the central landscaped court rather than straight into the next flat. Common areas include water features, seating zones for older residents and children, a clubhouse, a swimming pool and a gym. Rohan Builders has been active in Pune for more than two decades.
