AIRIA Corporate Tower is an office project by Reach Group in Sector 68, Gurugram, built above the company's AIRIA Mall on NH-248A (Sohna Road). The developer describes fifteen storeys of office space, from the fifth to the nineteenth floor, sitting over the retail levels, served by eight high-speed passenger lifts and a service lift. The building is pre-certified IGBC Gold and is planned with large column-free spans, generous floor-to-ceiling heights, daylight-led facades, an IP-based security system, rainwater harvesting and water recycling. Occupiers get direct access to the mall's shopping, dining and entertainment. Sector 68 connects to the Southern Peripheral Road, Golf Course Extension Road, NH-48 and Dwarka Expressway.
