About Puri The Aravallis
The Aravallis is a group housing project by Puri Constructions in Sector 61, Gurugram, on the Golf Course Extension Road corridor near the Aravalli ridge. The developer's project page lists two apartment types: a 3 BHK with study of about 1,250 sq ft and a 4 BHK with study of about 1,627 sq ft; these figures are given in square metres as well and appear to be carpet areas, so the saleable size will be higher. The project was registered with HRERA Gurugram in July 2022 and is shown by the developer as under development, with construction photographs posted on the site. Sector 61 is close to Sohna Road and Golf Course Road, with established schools, hospitals and retail along the extension road. Tower count, total units, amenities and prices are not stated on the official page, so they are left blank.
