The West Tower has larger 3 BHK and 4 BHK homes, just two to a floor, each with a separate staff room and entrance. The listing shows a 2 BHK from about ₹4.25 crore, 3 BHK homes at about ₹7.23 crore and ₹7.3 crore, and a 4 BHK at ₹11.08 crore. Carpet areas were not supplied, so ask for them before comparing value.

Location is the main case for buying here. Mahalaxmi and Byculla stations put both the Western and Central railway lines within walking distance, and the coastal road and Worli offices are a short drive west.
