Ready to Move

Oberoi Realty built Maxima on the Jogeshwari-Vikhroli Link Road in Andheri East, a corridor that links the Western Express Highway with Powai and the eastern suburbs. For people who commute across the city rather than up and down it, that east to west link is the main reason to look here.
The project is an all 3 BHK development. Listed carpet areas are 1,313 sq ft, 1,330 sq ft and 1,752 sq ft, with prices of about ₹3.5 crore, ₹3.54 crore and ₹4.67 crore respectively. That works out to a little over ₹26,000 per sq ft of carpet area on the listing, a figure that sits in the expected band for a branded Oberoi tower in the eastern half of Andheri. The MahaRERA registration is P51800017154.
Possession was due in June 2022. IndiProp therefore lists Maxima as ready to move, and the building should be complete and occupied. Resale or last-inventory pricing may be different from the original list, so check current numbers with the developer or the society before deciding.
The amenities on record cover a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, squash, tennis and badminton courts, a jogging track, yoga areas and a children's play zone, with sauna and spa facilities in the club. The airport is a short drive, Metro Line 1 runs through Andheri East, and the Powai lakefront and its offices sit at the other end of JVLR. Traffic on JVLR at peak hours can be heavy, which is worth testing on a weekday evening.
