Towers 1 and 2 have four homes and four lifts per floor, while Tower 3 has two homes per floor. Prices are not published and payment plans are construction linked.
The design is by Confluence, and the developer says the project is IGBC Platinum rated. The plan includes a large clubhouse, fitness and wellness centres, fine dining, a food court, a family entertainment centre, an amphitheatre, multi-level parking and shops at ground level.
UP RERA lists the project under UPRERAPRJ798312/05/2025, with Northwind Estates Private Limited and Assotech Infrastructure Private Limited as promoters and a completion date of January 2030. North Wind Estates has little public track record, so check the promoter details, land title and quarterly progress on UP RERA before booking.
