It lists 2 BHK homes of 1,078 to 1,124 sq ft at ₹97 lakh to ₹1.01 crore, and 3 BHK homes of 1,305 to 1,495 sq ft at ₹1.31 crore to ₹1.50 crore. Those figures may be saleable areas or may belong to another Megapolis phase, so get the configuration, carpet area and price directly from the developer.
