About Kumar Megapolis Mystic
Kumar Megapolis is a large township in Hinjewadi Phase 3, near the Megapolis Circle end of the Hinjewadi-Shivajinagar metro line, and Mystic is one of its residential phases. The towers rise to 21 storeys, and the upper floors look out over the Sahyadri hills on the western side of Hinjewadi. For anyone working in the Phase 3 offices, the commute is short.
Two 2 BHK layouts are listed: 653 sq ft of carpet area at ₹75 lakh and 973 sq ft at ₹85 lakh. The 3 BHK has 1,138 sq ft for ₹95 lakh. The larger 2 BHK is much cheaper per sq ft than the smaller one, which may mean the 973 sq ft figure is not a carpet area, so check it against the approved plan.
Amenities include a swimming pool, a clubhouse with a gym, a multipurpose hall and a meditation room, and a landscaped podium garden. Lifts have generator backup, and rainwater harvesting and fire-fighting systems are part of the build. Kumar Properties, a Pune developer active since the 1960s, planned Megapolis as a mixed-use township with several residential phases.
Mystic is registered under MahaRERA number P52100001391. Possession was scheduled for July 2025, and the phase is now listed as ready to move. The same registration number is also quoted for another Megapolis phase, so confirm on MahaRERA which towers it covers and whether they have an occupancy certificate.
