Universe is a project within Life Republic, Kolte Patil Developers' township of about 390 acres on the Hinjewadi side of west Pune. The township has its own school, Crimson Anisha Global School, spine roads about 150 ft wide, separate walkways and cycle tracks, and a fire station, so residents need to leave less often for daily needs.
Universe itself covers about 10.5 acres, with around 4 acres of landscaping and more than 40 amenities. Some ideas are unusual: smart benches with USB charging, urban gardens, play equipment that generates electricity, an SOS column and a smart gym. The children's play area uses impact-absorbing surfaces. A residents' app handles services and community notices.
The main offer is 1 and 2 BHK flats. The 1 BHK homes are 444 to 457 sq ft of carpet area at about ₹45.3 lakh to ₹46 lakh. The 2 BHK list has a 576 sq ft plan at about ₹50.6 lakh and an 889 sq ft plan at about ₹1.07 crore. The price list also shows a 3 BHK of about 1,594 sq ft at around ₹2.07 crore, but project material describes only 1 and 2 BHK homes, so confirm that type exists. Kolte Patil is a listed Pune developer.
Possession was scheduled for January 2024, and Universe is now in its ready-to-move phase. The MahaRERA registration is P52100027629. Life Republic has many registrations, so confirm that this one covers your building and ask for its occupancy certificate.
