About Kasturi Voyage
Moshi, on the Pune-Nashik highway in Pimpri-Chinchwad, has grown into a housing area for people who work in the Chakan and Bhosari industrial belts. Kasturi Voyage is in the Pradhikaran part of Moshi, near Sant Savata Mali Nagar and opposite the land set aside for Pune's international convention and exhibition centre. The Mumbai-Pune Expressway and the Hinjewadi flyover can be reached by road, though Hinjewadi is a long cross-city drive.
The project has a single layout: a 2 BHK of about 689 sq ft carpet area (63.97 sq m, plus a balcony), listed at ₹85 lakh. At roughly ₹12,300 per sq ft of carpet area, that price is high for Moshi, so compare it with resale deals in nearby societies before you commit.
Facilities include podium gardens, a clubhouse with a gym and a swimming pool, an activity zone, a children's play area and a garbage chute. Kasturi Housing, the developer, has been active in Pune since 1999, and its larger projects are in Hinjewadi, including Eon Homes in Phase 3.
Voyage is complete and ready to move into, with possession from June 2021 under MahaRERA registration P52100006188. Flats on offer now are likely to be a mix of unsold stock and resales, so check the occupancy certificate, the society's formation status and the monthly maintenance charge before buying.

It is a Pune residential developer, and over the past decade its name has become closely tied to one pocket of the city: Baner and Balewadi.
That pocket is home to its Balmoral series. The Balmoral Hillside in Baner offers 4.5 and 5.5 BHK residences, while The Balmoral Riverside and The Balmoral Towers in Balewadi are 3 and 4 BHK projects, which places this part of the portfolio in the upper segment. Its Hinjewadi work is aimed at a different buyer: Eon Homes has 2 and 3 BHK flats and Apostrophe is a 2 BHK project. The IndiProp listings also include Epitome in Wakad and Voyage in Moshi, neither of which is featured on the company's current website, so buyers should confirm their status on MahaRERA rather than rely on older brochures. Across the Balmoral projects, compare carpet areas rather than headline BHK counts, since a 4.5 or 5.5 BHK label does not say how large the extra room is.
