About Hero Homes Alaknanda Plots Haridwar
Alaknanda is Hero Realty's plotted township on the Delhi to Dehradun highway (NH-334) in Haridwar, right next to Patanjali Yogpeeth. It covers about 88 acres, is approved by the Town and Country Planning Department, and is sold as freehold plots, which suits buyers who want to build a second home or a retirement home near the Ganga.
The township was registered in five phases with Uttarakhand RERA: UKREP03210000218 and UKREP03210000219 for Phases 1 and 2, UKREP02200000330 for Phase 3, and UKREP10190000313 and UKREP10190000312 for Phases 4 and 5. The official page says possession has commenced, and the photos show laid roads, a stone gateway and plots with a few houses already built.
Hero Homes lists a plot size of 241.54 sq m, about 2,600 sq ft or 289 sq yd, and the page's listing data suggests prices of roughly ₹35 lakh to ₹85 lakh depending on size and corner position. Ask for the full plot size schedule, since a township of this scale will have more than one size.
The developer mentions a secured gated layout, convenience stores, a shopping complex, a nursing home, a recreation centre and more than 60% open and green area. BML Munjal Green Meadows School is listed as linked to the township.
Buyers should be realistic about the timeline. Many plots are still empty, so the neighbourhood will feel quiet for some years, and building costs and approvals come on top of the plot price.
The project page lists Crystal World water park about 2 km away, Roorkee about 10 km, the Green Meadows school about 15 km and Jolly Grant Airport about 50 km. Haridwar city and Har Ki Pauri are a short drive away along the highway.
