DLF Gardencity Enclave is a residential colony by DLF Limited in Sector 93, Gurugram, developed as an affordable plotted colony under Haryana's Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana (DDJAY). DLF lists the colony's layout at about 26.92 acres and has published a revised layout plan for it on its corporate website. The company also markets independent floors in a second phase of the enclave through a dedicated project microsite on its own domain. Sector 93 is part of the newer residential sectors of Gurugram, west of NH-48. The colony was registered with HRERA Gurugram in 2022, and the current registration is valid until October 2028. DDJAY colonies are planned as low-rise neighbourhoods of plots and small builder-floor buildings with internal roads and community areas, which gives them a different character from high-rise group housing. Buyers should confirm the exact plot or floor size, the floor level and the delivery schedule of the specific unit with the developer before booking.
It is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA Gurugram) under RERA-GRG-1008-2022, with registration valid until October 2028.
