Divyansh Group built Divyansh Flora in Greater Noida West and lists SKA Divya Towers among its completed projects. For Green Heights it has moved to the Greater Noida side of the city, on a plot of about 4 acres where the developer says more than 60% of the land is kept for landscaping and open space.

Two towers are planned, of 32 and 33 floors above ground, with only 3 and 4 BHK homes. The 3 BHK units measure 1,895 to 2,040 sq ft and start at about ₹1.85 crore. The 4 BHK homes run from 2,925 to 3,295 sq ft and start near ₹3.5 crore. The developer offers a 30:40:30 payment plan. These are large apartments by Greater Noida standards, and they are priced to match.

Facilities named by the developer include a triple-height entrance lobby, a clubhouse with indoor games, an indoor swimming pool, a gym, an amphitheatre, a multipurpose hall, a massage room and children's play areas.

The promoter is Prasu Divyansh Infraheight LLP, and the project is registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ120773/08/2025. The registration lists June 2030 as the completion date, so this is an early purchase with close to four years to go. Divyansh says it has delivered more than 4,000 homes across six completed projects.
