Vajram Group

Vajram Group is a privately held Bengaluru developer with its office in Vajram Esteva, a mixed-use building it developed on the Outer Ring Road at Bellandur. It builds apartments, villas and offices, and says it is moving into co-working, co-living, hospitality and senior living. The company has set itself a target of 20 million sq ft delivered by 2030 and works with outside structural engineers and architects on its larger projects. Its public material does not give a founding year or a full delivery record, so buyers should look at completed Vajram buildings in person.

Most of its current housing is in north Bengaluru. Vajram Newtown is on Thanisandra Main Road, and its second phase has 272 two and three bedroom homes on about 3 acres. Vajram Vivera, on Kogilu Main Road, has 343 three and four bedroom homes on about 6 acres, and Vajram Chrysanthemum in Avalahalli near Yelahanka is a smaller three bedroom project of 115 homes. These areas are between Hebbal and the airport, and the Thanisandra side is close to Manyata Tech Park.
