Sattva Group

Sattva Group has been developing property since 1993 and is based on Ulsoor Road in Bengaluru. It works as both a developer and a property consultant, and its work covers homes, office parks and hotels. Its main market is Bengaluru, and it also builds in Hyderabad, Coimbatore and Goa, with plotted projects in Mandya. In 2026 the group announced its entry into Mumbai through redevelopment projects of about 8 million sq ft.

In Hyderabad, Sattva's housing is at the upper end of the market. Sattva Lake Ridge is in the Neopolis area of Kokapet, with three, four and five bedroom apartments close to the Financial District and the Outer Ring Road. The group also has Sattva Magnus in Jubilee Hills. In Bengaluru its projects run from mid-market homes near the airport, such as Sattva Park Cubix at Devanahalli, to larger apartments at Sattva Luxuria in Malleshwaram and Sattva Forest Ridge in JP Nagar 9th Phase.
