K Raheja Corp

K Raheja Corp was founded in 1956 by Chandru Raheja and later became a separate group after a split among the Raheja brothers. It is known mainly for offices: the group says it has developed more than 54 million sq ft of Grade A office space, and part of that portfolio was put into Mindspace Business Parks REIT, listed in August 2020, which owns parks in the Mumbai region, Hyderabad, Pune and Chennai. Its hotel arm, Chalet Hotels, is also listed. The group has about 13,000 people across five business lines.

The housing arm, K Raheja Corp Homes, builds in the premium and luxury bands. The company says it has delivered around 10 million sq ft of homes across more than 30 projects for over 8,500 families. Raheja Vivarea in Mahalaxmi, near the racecourse and Mahalaxmi station, is one of its widely known Mumbai residential projects, alongside Raheja Artesia in Worli. In Pune it has built Raheja Viva and Raheja Reserve, and Raheja Vistas has phases in both Pune and Hyderabad. The parent group is privately held, so buyers should look at the RERA record of the specific project company rather than the listed group entities.
