Laxmi Chowk is one of the main junctions into Phase 1 of Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, where Infosys, Wipro and Cognizant have large campuses, so the location suits people who work in the IT park and want to avoid a long daily drive from Wakad or Baner.
The project is mostly 2 BHK. Carpet areas are published for only two layouts: 490 sq ft at about ₹60 lakh and 625 sq ft at ₹87.5 lakh. Other 2 BHK listings run up to ₹1.43 crore without stated sizes, and 3 BHK homes are listed from ₹98 lakh to ₹1.40 crore, also without carpet areas. A 490 sq ft 2 BHK is small, so ask for the size of each room before booking.
