Hinjewadi Phase 3 has become a residential area in its own right, and Kasturi Eon Homes is one of its larger gated communities, spread over about 22 acres near the Tech Mahindra campus in Maan. The project is inside the IT park zone, so residents who work in Phase 3 or Phase 2 can reach their offices without joining the heavy traffic on the stretch towards Wakad.
Both 2 and 3 BHK homes are listed. A 2 BHK is quoted at ₹90.22 lakh, and the 3 BHK options are listed at ₹85.3 lakh, ₹97.95 lakh and ₹1.01 crore. Carpet areas are not published, and a 3 BHK priced below the 2 BHK suggests the price data is out of date or mixes different phases, so ask for a current price sheet that shows carpet areas.
Kasturi Housing has been building in Pune since 1999, and it designed Eon Homes with South-East Asian architectural influences. The amenity list includes a clubhouse, a swimming pool, a gym, a jogging track, children's play areas and a library, with rainwater harvesting and a sewage treatment plant on site.
The project has several MahaRERA registrations for its phases. The one on record is P52100013714, and others quoted include P52100016395 and P52100024680. Possession was due in May 2022, and Eon Homes is now offered as ready to move, so confirm which phase your unit belongs to and whether that phase has an occupancy certificate.

The Balmoral Hillside in Baner offers 4.5 and 5.5 BHK residences, while The Balmoral Riverside and The Balmoral Towers in Balewadi are 3 and 4 BHK projects, which places this part of the portfolio in the upper segment. Its Hinjewadi work is aimed at a different buyer: Eon Homes has 2 and 3 BHK flats and Apostrophe is a 2 BHK project. The IndiProp listings also include Epitome in Wakad and Voyage in Moshi, neither of which is featured on the company's current website, so buyers should confirm their status on MahaRERA rather than rely on older brochures. Across the Balmoral projects, compare carpet areas rather than headline BHK counts, since a 4.5 or 5.5 BHK label does not say how large the extra room is.
