Sidhwan Canal Road runs along the Sidhwan canal on Ludhiana's south-western side, near the ISKCON temple, and Hero Homes has been building a township there since its first phase. One Treasure is Phase 2, a set of larger 3.5 and 4.5 BHK apartments registered with RERA Punjab as PBRERA-LDH45-PR1161.
The official page gives unit sizes of 131.1 to 241.1 sq m, about 1,411 to 2,595 sq ft, which are super areas. It says the township covers 62,726.2 sq m, roughly 15.5 acres, holds an IGBC Pre-Gold rating, and has Vaastu-compliant layouts. Prices are only available on enquiry, and the page does not give a completion date, so check the RERA Punjab record for the declared schedule.
The renders show towers overlooking the canal, a landscaped central garden with water channels and a footbridge, and a club with a fine-dining room and a pool table and card room. The amenity list includes a swimming pool, a fitness and wellness centre, an outdoor sports zone, a children's area, nature trails, a putting green, a reading lounge, a seating area for senior citizens and concierge services. The typical floor plan for Tower 9 shows four homes per floor.
The neighbourhood list on the project page is detailed. Tagore Public School is about 0.5 km away, DPS about 3.7 km and Punjab Agricultural University about 12 km. Mahal Hospital is about 4 km away and Orison Super Speciality Hospital about 8.1 km, and there are several malls within 3.6 to 13 km. Verka Chowk is 5 km away and the railway station about 14 km.
A practical point for buyers: this part of Ludhiana is still growing, and the distance to the railway station and central markets is longer than from established areas such as Model Town.
