About Hero Homes Ludhiana Phase 1
Hero Homes' first project in Ludhiana is a finished society on Sidhwan Canal Road, in Village Birmi near the ISKCON temple. The official site lists it as delivered, and the gallery shows completed towers in yellow and violet facades around sports courts, lawns and a pool, including drone shots of the site.
It is registered with RERA Punjab as PBRERA-LDH45-PR0020. The mix covers 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments, with sizes on the official page from 91.6 to 425.9 sq m, about 986 to 4,584 sq ft of super area. The upper end probably refers to a few very large penthouse-type units. The published 2 BHK plan shows a super area of 1,075 sq ft. There is no price list because the phase is sold by the developer, so buyers will mostly deal with resale owners.
The clubhouse was built with a fairly full set of facilities: a pool, a gym, a spa and sauna, a squash court, a reading lounge, a restaurant, a coffee shop and bar, and banquet space. Outside there are lawn tennis and badminton courts, a basketball practice court and a cricket net, all visible in the site photos. Indoor games include table tennis, billiards, carrom, chess and a card room.
The later phases of the township, One Treasure and The Canalis, are being built next door, so there will be construction activity nearby for some years.
The project page puts DPS about 3 km away, a hospital about 5 km, Verka Chowk about 10 km, Westend Mall about 12 km, and the bus stand and railway station about 20 km. The newer phase pages give shorter figures for some of the same places, so check the travel time yourself.
When buying resale here, ask for the occupancy certificate, conveyance deed status and current maintenance charges.
