About ACE Arte
ACE Arte is the newest housing project in Sector 150, the low-density sports city sector off the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway where ACE Group also has ACE Parkway and ACE Golfshire.
The site is Plot SC-02/G, about 60,000 sq m or roughly 15 acres, and open on three sides. Hafeez Contractor has designed the towers in a neo-classical style. There will be 784 apartments in 3 BHK and 4 BHK layouts, and the developer says about 80% of the land is open space, with around 9 acres of landscaping. The clubhouse measures about 50,000 sq ft including a usable terrace. Listed facilities include swimming pools and an indoor pool, a gym, an amphitheatre, squash, table tennis, padel, badminton, pickleball and basketball courts, a cricket pitch, yoga and meditation areas, indoor and outdoor children's play areas, and a banquet hall with a party lawn.
The developer's site puts the Sector 148 Aqua Line metro station about eight minutes away by road and the Noida International Airport about 35 minutes away.
The project was launched on 15 August 2026 under UP RERA registration UPRERAPRJ528653/07/2026, after the Noida Authority sanctioned the building plan in June 2026. The completion date on RERA is February 2031, so buyers are signing up for a wait of more than four years. Carpet areas and prices were not on the developer's site at launch, and it is worth comparing them with resale prices in the finished projects around the sector.

The company says it has more than 15 years of experience. It builds housing and commercial projects across Noida, Greater Noida and the Yamuna Expressway belt. Its official website lists these completed residential projects: Ace Platinum, Ace City, Ace Aspire, Ace Golfshire, Ace Divino, Ace Parkway and Ace Starlit, plus Ace Palm Floors in Gurugram. Ongoing projects on the site include Ace Aquacasa, Ace Han'ei, Ace Verde and Ace Terra. On the commercial side it lists completed buildings such as City Square and Capitol, and new ones such as ACE 153 and ACE YXP. The group is privately held.
