Urbanrise

Urbanrise is the housing brand of Alliance Group, whose chairman and managing director, Manoj Namburu, worked in the United States for about ten years before starting the business. The company builds in Chennai, Hyderabad and Bengaluru, and lists its head office in Madhapur, Hyderabad, with offices in Chennai and Bengaluru as well. By its own figures it has executed about 81 million sq ft of residential development. It is known for very large projects with thousands of flats, and it now markets its newer homes under the label Environmental Intelligence, with water recycling and solar power planned on site.

In Hyderabad, its projects are in the north-west of the city, an area that has grown on the back of the Miyapur metro terminal and the outer ring road. Urbanrise Opulence and Urbanrise On Cloud 33 are in Bachupally, and Urbanrise Sky Habitat is in Miyapur. These are high-rise gated communities of two and three bedroom homes, priced for salaried buyers who work in HITEC City and Gachibowli and are willing to commute.
