Siddha Group

Siddha Group is a real estate developer based in Kolkata. It was founded in 1986 and is led by chairman Chandra Prakash Jain and managing director Sanjay Jain. It builds residential and mixed-use projects in Kolkata, Mumbai and Jaipur. Recent projects include Siddha Sky in Wadala, Mumbai, which won a mixed-use project award in 2025, and Siddha Galaxia in Kolkata. Siddha Serena is the group's housing project in New Town, Kolkata. The company has received IGBC recognition for green building, including the IGBC Green Champion Award in 2019.
