Prateek Group

Prateek Group is a residential and commercial developer working in Noida and Ghaziabad. It was started in 2005 by Prashant Tiwari, a civil engineer. His son Prateek Tiwari became managing director in 2012. The company says it has delivered about 20 million sq ft and has around 10 million sq ft under development. Its projects include Prateek Grand City, Prateek Edifice, Prateek Stylome, Prateek Wisteria, Prateek Laurel, Prateek Fedora and The Royal Cliff. It also runs the 'Quick Pick' retail outlets inside its housing projects. Prateek Canary is in Sector 150, Noida and is registered with UP RERA as UPRERAPRJ591510. It has 664 3 and 4 BHK homes and duplex penthouses in nine towers on about 12.55 acres. Its newest project is Prateek Grand Begonia on the Noida Expressway.
