PKS Buildmart

PKS Buildmart is a Noida developer that says it has been building homes, offices and shops in Delhi-NCR for about three decades. Its earlier projects were sold under the Krishna Apra name: Krishna Apra Gardens, Krishna Apra Sapphire and Krishna Apra D'Mall in Indirapuram, Krishna Apra Residency in Sector 61, Noida, and Krishna Apra Business Square in New Delhi.

Its current project is PKS Town Central on the 130-metre road in Greater Noida West, a 4.5-acre mall and office development of more than 10 lakh sq ft designed by Hafeez Contractor. It is registered in three phases with UP RERA, earlier phases are in possession with brands such as Haldiram and Burger King trading, and Phase III is due in November 2026.
