Ocean Infraheights

Ocean Infraheights is the developer of Golden I, a phased commercial and mixed-use campus on Plot 11 in Techzone 4, Greater Noida West. The company runs its office from the Golden I building, and the project is its main publicly known development.

Golden I combines retail, IT and ITES offices, corporate suites, studio apartments, residential apartments and a convention centre. Phase I has an occupancy certificate from the Greater Noida authority and is operating, while Phase II (UPRERAPRJ179850) and Phase III (UPRERAPRJ732580) are registered separately with UP RERA. Little else is published about the company's promoters or history, so buyers should rely on the RERA filings for each phase. The working Phase I building is the best guide to the developer's construction quality and to the rents a new phase can expect.
