Merlin Group

Merlin Group is a Kolkata developer. Its head office is in Merlin Oxford on Prince Anwar Shah Road. Sushil Mohta is the founder and chairman, and Saket Mohta is managing director. The company says it has worked in real estate for about four decades. It reports more than 150 completed projects totalling around 20 million sq ft, with about 10 million sq ft under construction. It mainly builds housing in Kolkata and is also active in Pune. It is a founder member of CREDAI Bengal. Current Kolkata projects on its website include Merlin Avana in Tollygunge, Merlin Niyasa on the EM Bypass, and Merlin Rise and Merlin F Residences in Rajarhat. The group is privately held.
