Logix Group

Logix Group is a Noida developer founded in 1997 by Shakti Nath. It is known for IT and office parks, and Wikipedia credits it with about 4 million sq ft of IT space. In housing, it launched the Blossom projects in Noida: Logix Blossom County in Sector 137, and Blossom Greens and Blossom Zest in Sector 143. These projects faced long delays. In 2019 Business Standard reported that ATS had been hired as project-management consultant to finish all three, covering about 4,500 flats. Its group companies include Logix Buildwell, Logix Infrastructure and Logix City Developers. The group is privately held.
