Emami Realty Limited is the real estate company of Kolkata's Emami Group, which R.S. Agarwal and R.S. Goenka started in 1974. Emami Realty was incorporated in 2006, is headquartered in Kolkata and builds residential, commercial and retail projects. It reports more than 3.7 crore sq ft at different stages across West Bengal, several other Indian states and Sri Lanka. Its Kolkata projects include South City, Urbana, Emami City and Orbit Heights, the Emami Aastha bungalow township at Joka and the Emami Business Bay offices. Emami Aamod on James Long Sarani in New Alipore is a luxury project of four towers with 3 and 4 BHK homes on about 4 acres around a lake. It is registered with WB RERA as WBRERA/P/KOL/2024/002136.
