Dosti Realty has been building in Mumbai since 1980 and works under the motto "Friends for Life". It says it has delivered 17 million sq ft across more than 143 properties, adding up to over 23,500 homes. It has about 21 million sq ft more under construction or planned across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and Pune, covering housing, schools, shops, offices and IT space. The head office is in Fort, in the old business district of South Mumbai, and the company runs a regional office at its Dosti West County project in Thane.

Much of its output is in large mid-market complexes in the suburbs and Thane, but it also builds in the central city. Dosti Belleza is its Parel project, close to the office towers of Lower Parel and within reach of the Parel and Prabhadevi stations. Buyers there get a central address with short commutes to Worli and Lower Parel, while the company's Thane projects offer more space at lower prices for families who work outside the island city.
