Ambience Group

Ambience Group is a developer headquartered in New Delhi. It was founded in 1986 by Raj Singh Gehlot, a chartered accountant who is still its chairman and managing director. In the NCR the group is best known for Ambience Mall in Gurugram and Ambience Mall in Vasant Kunj, both opened in 2009, and for the Ambience Island township in Gurugram. Its residential projects include Ambience Lagoon and Ambience Caitriona. The group also has hotel, office and school businesses. Its Noida project, Ambience Tiverton in Sector 50, is a luxury apartment building with 3, 4 and 5 BHK homes and penthouses, which the company lists as completed in 2021. In Gurugram, Ambience Creacions in Sector 22 received its occupancy certificate in 2023.
