Trident Realty is a developer founded in 2008 and headquartered in Gurugram, with its office in DLF Square, DLF Phase II. It builds housing, retail, commercial and hospitality projects in the NCR, Mumbai, the Chandigarh tricity and Panipat. In Greater Noida West its official website lists two housing projects in Sector 1, Trident Embassy and Trident Embassy-Reso, and a commercial project called Trident Shoperio. Elsewhere it lists Trident Parktown in Panipat, Trident Hills near Chandigarh, Windsong Residences in Panchkula, and Verona and Oshi in Mumbai. The company is privately held.
